Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds are generally not provided except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by law.

8. Creator Earnings & Payouts

Creators receive a share of the revenue generated from their content as determined by our current Creator Earnings policy .

Payouts are processed on a weekly basis subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
