All payments made on GetFanSee are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Due to the digital nature of the services and content provided (subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, messages, and other digital goods), we generally do not offer refunds for completed transactions.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical error on our platform that prevented access to purchased content or services for a significant period (e.g., content not delivered due to server issues).
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification and cooperation with payment processor investigation).
• Content removal due to DMCA/copyright takedown shortly after purchase, where the content was the primary reason for the purchase (case-by-case review).
• Creator account termination or permanent ban immediately after a subscription purchase, preventing access to content (limited to the first billing period only).

All other requests, including buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with content, change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel subscriptions in time, are not eligible for refund.

4. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your account settings.

No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or for amounts charged after a subscription has renewed.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation falls under one of the eligible refund categories:

2. Provide your account username/email, transaction ID(s), date of purchase, and a clear explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted.
3. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence.

We will review your request within 7–14 business days and respond accordingly. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or via alternative method if required by law/payment processor).

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly discourage initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank/card issuer unless absolutely necessary.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account
• Blacklisting from future use of the platform
• Recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees

7. Legal Requirements

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., in certain jurisdictions you may have rights to withdraw from certain digital purchases within a cooling-off period, where applicable).
