1. Introduction
GetFanSee respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This DMCA Policy explains how we handle notices of alleged copyright infringement on our platform, including user-generated content.
We qualify for the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA and will expeditiously remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing when properly notified.
2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that any content on GetFanSee infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially the following:
- Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address;
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list);
- Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing (e.g., direct URLs to the content on GetFanSee);
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your electronic or physical signature.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Takedown Notice?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Notify the user who posted the content of the removal and provide them with a copy of your notice (excluding personal contact info);
- Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, which may include termination of accounts in appropriate circumstances.
5. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed or access disabled in response to a takedown notice, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address;
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Wyoming (or the district where your address is located if outside the US);
- Your agreement to accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice;
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10-14 business days that the complainant is seeking a court order, we may restore the content.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Misrepresentations and Liability
Knowingly submitting a materially false DMCA notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability, including damages and attorneys' fees.
